When it comes to your estate, even if you've taken no action at all, you already have an estate plan. Your "default plan" may be determined by the laws of your state, which means your estate planning may not be what you want. To ensure your plan matches your desires, it is crucial you take the time to write down and legally bind your plan. But where do you begin? Will, Probate, Power of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare Directive, Guardianship? How much does all of this cost?
